3. Deposits, Payments, and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phpgroup are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform does not accept foreign currencies, and there is no conversion applied to player balances.

Deposits

phpgroup supports Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets as deposit methods. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals

Void Bets

Payout Limits

Sports Betting

Live Casino and Fish Games

Games offered through the Live Casino and Fish Games sections are governed by the rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between game interface rules and these Terms, the game interface rules take precedence for that specific game.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, eligible balances will be returned to the player via a supported withdrawal method after review.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
